Origin and Ingredients

Plums are sourced from Xinyi Township, Nantou — the “Homeland of Plum Wine”, where the mountain climate and day-night temperature difference yield thick-fleshed, well-balanced fruit. The tea is Taiwan’s TTES No.18 “Ruby Black,” renowned for its natural honey and orange blossom aroma, full-bodied yet smooth perfectly complementing the plum’s tart sweetness. The base spirit uses Nantou rice alcohol and fine Taiwanese sugar,

matured with volcanic spring water from Sakurajima, Kagoshima,to create a clean, refined, and round-bodied finish.

The Craft of Maturation

A slow, low-temperature aging process allows the tea’s fragrance to infuse gradually into the plum wine.
