What Is “TIANSHEN 25X Cold Brew Concentrate”?
You may have tried cold brew coffee before,
but you may not yet know this—TIANSHEN 25X Cold Brew Concentrate is an ultra-high-strength coffee liquid made with patented cold-extraction technology.
Tianshen Ruby Black Matured Plum Wine unites the depth of Ruby Black Tea with the brightness of Xinyi plums. The honeyed smoothness of the tea, the plum’s natural acidity, and a gentle longan-wood smokiness
intertwine over time to form a multilayered, enchanting Oriental bouquet.
Plums are sourced from Xinyi Township, Nantou — the “Homeland of Plum Wine”, where the mountain climate and day-night temperature difference yield thick-fleshed, well-balanced fruit. The tea is Taiwan’s TTES No.18 “Ruby Black,” renowned for its natural honey and orange blossom aroma, full-bodied yet smooth perfectly complementing the plum’s tart sweetness. The base spirit uses Nantou rice alcohol and fine Taiwanese sugar,
matured with volcanic spring water from Sakurajima, Kagoshima,to create a clean, refined, and round-bodied finish.
A slow, low-temperature aging process allows the tea’s fragrance to infuse gradually into the plum wine.
Gentle longan-wood smoking deepens the aroma and extends the finish. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and aroma creates harmony where honeyed tea and lively plum notes dance together. Over time, the flavors evolve into a smooth, matured fruit elegance the signature Tianshen mellow refinement.
Enjoy chilled, neat, or paired with Japanese desserts, light fare, or cheesecake highlighting both tea’s elegance and the balance of sweetness.
