Tianshen Oolong Matured Plum Wine PREMIUM stands as the signature creation of the Tianshen tea-plum series. Crafted with competition-grade Dong Ding Oolong from Lugu, Nantou and hand-picked Xinyi green plums, the blend evolves under a gentle longan wood smokiness into a layered, harmonious symphony of aromas.
Xinyi plums are prized for their clean, bright acidity and natural fruit aroma,perfectly complementing the floral, honeyed notes of oolong tea. The oolong, sourced from Lugu’s high-mountain tea region, is competition-grade Dong Ding rich in aroma, honey-smooth, and long in finish. The base spirit blends Nantou rice alcohol and fine Taiwanese sugar,matured with volcanic spring water from Sakurajima, Japan. This results in a cleaner, softer, and more refined texture.
A low-temperature, long-term aging process allows tea and plum to merge naturally in silence.
Longan wood smoke adds subtle warmth, giving depth while maintaining balance between softness and structure. The essence of this wine lies in harmony tea never overwhelms plum, smoke never dominates aroma;
sweetness, acidity, and tea fragrance intertwine,creating a stable, multi-layered flavor architecture.
Aroma: Floral oolong and gentle longan wood smoke, elegant and refined.
Palate: Smooth acidity with deep tea resonance, full and rounded body.
Finish: Clean and extended, with aged tea and faint woody notes.
Enjoy chilled to highlight the fruity freshness,or gently warmed to unveil fuller aromas.Perfect for solo appreciation, food pairing, or as a refined gift a masterpiece where tea and plum dance in harmony.
