Xinyi green plums thrive in pure mountain springs and sharp day-night temperature differences,developing firm flesh and bright acidity.The tea leaves come from Taiwan’s renowned high-altitude regions — Dayuling, Huagang, and Shuǐyuántóu where misty peaks and cool climates create teas rich in floral and milky notes.Brewed entirely with Tianshen Water,blended with Nantou rice alcohol and a touch of fine sugar,it expresses “the sweetness of plum × the fragrance of tea × the purity of water.”
After washing and drying with Tianshen Water, the plums are soaked in rice spirit for over six months at low temperature, releasing natural fruit aroma and balanced acidity. Select high mountain tea is then added for long-term maturation. Over time, the tea’s floral elegance, plum’s gentle tartness, and subtle longan-wood smokiness intertwine, creating a round, smooth body with fine layers and long persistence.
